Being a professional tripple jump athlete for over 10 years enables me to teach some incredible ways of improving your athletic performance. Why learn from pro athletes? They are at the top of their game and can walk the talk. There are several aspects of athletic performance, to name a few - strength, agility, speed, body control and endurance. Working on all of these aspects will help improve your overall athletic performance. It is important to stay focused and measure each of these areas.
